Job Description

• Graduate of HRM or any business-related course
• With at least 2 years of experience in food/restaurant service in a supervisory role
• With good communication skills in English and Filipino
• Customer-oriented
• Neat and presentable
• Flexible and willing to work on weekends and holidays
• With knowledge or familiarity in P&L (Profit and Loss)

Responsibilities

1. Assist in Daily Operations

Help oversee day-to-day restaurant activities such as opening/closing, table service, and kitchen coordination.

2. Support Staff Supervision

Assist in monitoring staff performance, ensuring employees follow company standards, uniforms, and proper behavior.
