Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the FOH team to ensure guests receive professional, friendly and efficient service.
• Handle all guest inquiries and complaints personally, ensuring issues are resolved immediately and professionally.
• Escalate major issues to the Cluster Restaurant Manager.
• Ensure the restaurant environment is welcoming, clean and organized at all times.
• Lead, mentor and train new FOH team members on service standards, menu knowledge, POS operation and hygiene.
• Conduct daily briefings and follow up on team tasks to ensure accountability and quality.
• Motivate the team to maintain high service standards during all shifts.
• Prepare and manage the FOH duty schedule, ensuring adequate staffing for all shifts.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes for beverages, disposables and service items.
• Place stock orders as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with restaurant needs. <...
