We're looking for an experienced restaurateur or hospitality operator to take on a unique space in the heart of Barcelona.

The opportunity

A licensed restaurant of up to 500m² inside a restored historic building (former convent) steps from La Boquería. The building already hosts two cultural projects with a constant flow of international foodie travellers — the atmosphere and footfall are built in. The space is ready to operate.

What we offer

• Fully licensed premises (no traspaso)
• Available from July / August 2026
• Monthly fee: €4,000–€7,000 depending on space used and concept

• Minimum 1-year contract
