Job Description
- Provide an excellent dining experience to customers according to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure work standards are within the Food Quality, Service, Cleanliness Ambience & Value (QSCAV) guidelines.
- Ensure smooth operations of the outlet particularly in inventory control, troubleshooting and maintenance and upkeeping of outlet premises.
- Assist Restaurant Manager in sales building and costs managing implementations and initiatives, working within given budget to meet business results.
- Lead and develop outlet's team members ensuring expected work performance and productivity are met.
