Job Description
The Carnival All Day Buffet is looking to hire Restaurant Operations Controllers across its Ada Plot and Gulberg branches. This is a supervisory-level operations role designed to bring full accountability to our buffet operations — from opening stock to closing food cost report.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover count verification against cashier billing records — slot by slot, every shift
- Live buffet dish refill counting and real-time system entry during service
- Opening and closing stock verification across kitchen and store
- Approval of Material Requisition Notes — coordinating between store and production
- Buffet closing food accountability — categorization, documentation, zero unrecorded disposal
- Food cost data entry and report readiness before shift end
