Job Description
The Italian restaurant is a fine‑dining establishment in Karachi seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, uphold high standards of service, and grow a reputation for exceptional Italian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and schedule front‑of‑house staff including hosts, servers, and bartenders; conduct regular briefings and provide performance feedback.
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure timely seating, order accuracy, and efficient table turnover while preserving guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the head chef to coordinate service flow, special menus, private dining, and event execution.
- Manage reservations, guest relations, complaint resolution, and VIP service to build repeat business and positive reviews.
- Maintain inventory control and cost‑management processes, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
