We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead operations at Beef Bistro a premium steakhouse and Bebemos a vibrant Spanish tapas restaurantboth located at Le Mridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership a deep understanding of fine dining and international cuisine and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires overseeing daily operations managing and mentoring staff ensuring high service standards and driving profitability while maintaining the unique identity and culinary excellence of each venue.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage culinary or related professional area.
