Restaurant GM - Single Site & Brand Leader (UAE)

The-Food- is seeking dynamic General Managers to lead flagship single-site venues and multi-site operations in the UAE. You will be accountable for end-to-end site performance, brand experience, and financial delivery, aligning with group SOPs and governance.

As site owner, you will drive guest satisfaction, oversee FOH/BOH teams, manage P&L, and implement menus, pricing, and promotions. UAE experience and a proven track record opening venues are essential.
