Responsibilities: Qualifications

• Works with the Eligibility Enrollment Specialist to obtain referrals from Savista’s client
• Review medical records to validate what authorization is required
• Utilize client’s host system to document case and updated account statuses when applicable
• Utilize state or payor portal to check authorization statuses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• License/Certification: Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN)
• Must have background in appeals writing, clinical authorizations, medical records management, and customer service
• At least 6 months of audit experience
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
