**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

The Respiratory Therapist (RT) consults with physician and homecare team on findings and follow up. The RT will deliver exceptional service to our customers by being accountable, professional, courteous, understanding, responsive, and striving to excel by going above and beyond standard expectations. Other responsibilities may include assessing for need pulmonary testing, medication reconciliation with focus on respiratory medications and include instruction for homecare staff on respiratory conditions.

Responsibilities:

+ Educates patients with respiratory conditions focused on adaptive living with a broad explanation of the disease and use teach back methodology to assure proper use of and safe operation and maintenance of respiratory related equipment.
