Role Purpose: 

Cargill and Save the Children (SC) share a vision to enhance the lives of palm oil farmers and their communities, particularly youth, in West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Since , we have collaborated to equip youth with employability and entrepreneurship skills, improve access to finance for women and youth, and enhance water, sanitation, and hygiene practices in the Ketapang District. 

As we conclude Phase , we are excited to launch the next phase of our partnership—a three-year program designed to reach more palm oil farming households. This new phase will focus on fostering sustainable economic growth and improving community well-being while empowering vulnerable youth and promoting the adoption of clean and healthy behaviors.
