Residential Team Leader - East Lancashire

We are recruiting a full-time Team Leader to join our children’s homes based in East Lancashire. Life Change Care offers a therapeutic environment for young people aged 10‑17 upon admission, in a home which can accommodate up to 4 young people. We follow our trauma‑informed emotional regulation (TIER) practice model, which is embedded in all our homes, and we are proud to be part of the Five Rivers Family.

As a Team Leader, you will be part of a team that provides a supportive and nurturing environment, promoting independence, safety, and well‑being. You will support our young people by addressing their day‑to‑day needs, participating in activities, and celebrating milestones.
