Unqualified Salary: £33,349.58 with sleep‑in shifts.
Qualified Salary (Level 3/4): Earning up to £35,935.36 with sleep‑in shifts.
Location: Southampton
Specific Hours: Shift pattern on rotation
Who are we?
Budwood, a part of Polaris Community, are a local business providing Residential Care and Support to children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties as well as social and emotional mental health. Our young people here may have experienced adverse childhood experiences and so the aim of the service is to provide them with a stable comfortable home.
