Residential Site Architect & Construction Lead

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking candidates for a role involving coordination and oversight of Structural and Architectural works on site in Singapore. Responsibilities include monitoring subcontractors, ensuring site safety, and liaison with clients.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, have at least 3 years of experience in residential projects, and be familiar with BCA CONQUAS and safety standards.
