:We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a team of Direct Support Professionals and an Assistant Program Manager at one of our residential sites. This key leadership role ensures quality care and support for students by coordinating staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and actively engaging with students in school, home, and community settings. Ideal candidates will be hands-on leaders who thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for team development, therapeutic support, and making a meaningful impact.
