Residential Roofing / Sales Professional

You will be responsible for evaluating various projects in the GTA which may involve multiple exterior trades.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate various projects in the GTA that may involve multiple exterior trades.
• Prepare estimates and present them to clients to obtain agreements.
• Provide clear work orders accepted by our Production Division.
• Generate estimates on our software platform and present them in person or electronically.
• Educate clients on technical details and answer questions with integrity and in the client’s best interest.
• Complete training to accurately supply the ARR® value proposition.

Qualifications

• Customer‑oriented with superior listening and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good time‑management skills.
• Prior construction/roofing sales experience.
• High level of integrity.
