Residential Property Manager Reports To: Estates Director Department/Area: Customer Care & Development Direct Reports: N/A Salary pa: Type: Full-time - Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (1-day WFH a week) Location: BPS Offices PRIMARY PURPOSE The Residential Property Manager is responsible for the operational, financial and legal management of a residential portfolio within a large-scale mixed-use development.

Acting on behalf of the landlord/developer, the role ensures regulatory compliance and effective handling of leasehold matters, disputes and tribunal proceedings.

This is a client-side position requiring strong stakeholder management, legal awareness and hands-on operational delivery.
