Residential & Commercial Leasing Specialist

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking a Customer Relations cum Leasing Agent (Residential & Commercial) in Singapore. Location is Central with standard hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Salary up to SGD 4,000 per month.

Responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating viewings, negotiating terms, and maintaining robust client records while ensuring compliance with CEA regulations and company policies.
