BRC are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Workers to join a new residential project in the Vale of Glamorgan!
This unique service believes that every young person deserves a safe home, care, and the chance to thrive.
This role involves providing practical and emotional support to young people, helping them to develop independence, resilience, and confidence. Ensuring high levels of emotional and physical care, appropriate activities, as well as a comfortable, safe and supportive environment are provided to the young people who live within the home, which will be registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
