Resident Technical Officer (Coastal)

We are seeking Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) for a coastal development project on an offshore island (Singapore). The role requires site supervision in land reclamation, marine construction, and coastal development.

• Supervise site works, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Assist the Resident Engineer (RE) in managing site activities, maintaining quality control, and enforcing workplace safety.
