Resident Technical Officer: 27-Month Site Supervision

YHL CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) for a 27-month contract covering the construction of a 7-storey warehouse and an 11-storey mixed-use facility in Singapore. The role involves site supervision and assisting the lead Resident Engineer with compliance to the Building Control Act.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid RE/RTO certificate and possess at least 5 years of experience in building works supervision. Additional benefits include AWS upon completion of certain contract milestones.
