Overview

Direct implementation of Covenant House’s philosophy, mission statement and policies for residential care. This 24/7 operation requires day (8am‑4pm) and evening (3pm‑11pm) shifts, with flexible availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing assessment and attendance to youth’s needs, both physical and emotional, from a trauma informed lens.
