Resident Male Nurse (Company Accomodation)

Job Purpose

To provide comprehensive primary healthcare and emergency first aid to employees residing in company accommodation. The role requires the nurse to reside within the accommodation complex to ensure 24/7 health coverage, manage the designated clinic, promote wellness, and ensure strict adherence to Dubai Health Authority (DHA) standards and Dubai Municipality health codes for labour or staff housing.

Clinical Care

• Emergency Response – Provide immediate first aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and emergency stabilization for workplace or residential injuries such as falls, burns, cardiac events prior to hospital referral.
• Outpatient Management – Attend to minor illnesses (fever, colds, headaches, gastric issues), perform vital sign monitoring (BP, sugar, temperature), and administer non-prescription medications according to DHA Standing Orders.
