Resident Experience Leasing Specialist

Landmark Properties is seeking a Leasing Ambassador to lead outreach efforts and guide prospective residents through the leasing process. You will help achieve maximum occupancy through on- and off-campus marketing events and by meeting sales goals.

The role requires effective time management, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with residents and guarantors. Part-time schedule supports around 15 hours weekly with a focus on customer service and sales.
