Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise building works for HDB residential projects in accordance with approved drawings, HDB specifications, and the Building Control Act and relevant regulations.
- Manage Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) in the supervision of architectural, structural, M&E coordination, and landscape works within HDB building developments.
- Ensure construction works comply with HDB quality standards, safety requirements, approved procedures, and project timelines.
- Maintain proper site records, monitor construction progress, and attend site coordination and technical meetings with consultants, contractors, and HDB representatives.
- Review and validate site documentation including method statements, shop drawings, inspection records, overtime requisitions, and temporary works where applicable.
