Resident Engineer - Arabic Speaker - Immediate Start

An international engineering consultancy require a Resident Engineer to oversee a major buildings project in AL Dhafra Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
• Review technical submissions, drawings, and method statements
• Monitor progress, quality control, and contractor performance
• Prepare site reports and support project delivery milestones

Applicants should meet the following criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience working on complex building construction projects in the Gulf ie luxury hotels, mixed use commercial projects etc
• Minimum of 12 years postgraduate experience
• Strong knowledge of local authority standards, regulations, and construction practices
