Resident Engineer

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities for villas and high-rise buildings.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE authority regulations.
• Lead and manage site supervision teams, inspectors, and discipline engineers.
• Review and approve contractor submissions, shop drawings, materials, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and HSE standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.
• Review contractor’s progress payments, variations, and claims.
• Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders regularly.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
