Resident Care Nurse Supervisor

Singapore Christian Home is seeking an experienced nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents in the home. You will support Nurse Managers and the Director (Nursing) in daily ward operations, ensuring care plans are followed and resident needs are met.

You will work with the resident’s doctor and multidisciplinary team, perform assessments, document care, administer medications, supervise staff, and deputize the nurse manager as needed, ensuring safety and quality of care.
