Duties and Responsibilities

As Residences Concierge, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

• Interact with the residents and hosts professionally, courteously, and positively and proactively seek feedback.
• Responsible for exceptional residents’ experiences from pre-move-in, move-in, and move-out.
• Conduct pre-arrival calls to arriving Residents, make pre-arrival arrangements, grocery orders and amenity orders, and handle any other member arrival requests.
• Welcome and acknowledge every Resident with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the resident’s name when possible.
• Respond to and coordinate Residents’ requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., babysitting, business centre services, dry cleaning, financial services, flowers, interpreta...
