Key Responsibilities
Resident Services & Customer Experience
- Welcome students, residents, visitors, contractors, and service providers in a professional and friendly manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with day-to-day resident enquiries
- Manage resident check-ins, check-outs, and visitor access
- Resolve resident requests promptly and professionally
- Create a welcoming, positive, and professional living environment for all residents
Access Control & Security
- Monitor and control access to the residence
- Operate CCTV surveillance systems
- Monitor biometric access control systems
- Respond appropriately to emergency alarms and incidents
- Maintain a safe, secure, and orderly residence
- Record and report security incidents and operational concerns
