Job Description

We are presently recruiting for an experienced Reservations Assistant, for one of our clients, a well-established Business in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.
The Reservations Assistant will be pivotal in delivering a five-star experience, responsible for upselling and managing guest room reservations to the highest standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To be the first point of contact: As the initial touchpoint for our guests, you will expertly communicate available options, rates, and itineraries, ensuring a seamless and personalized booking experience.

Reservation Management: Convert all inquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining and updating our reservations system (Hotsoft).

Rate Management: Manage and distribute rates effectively through our Channel Manager (D-Edge), ensuring optimal pricing and availability.
