Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for an experienced Reservationist to join a leading hotel in Cape Town.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or from a recognised hotel school
- Previous reservations, front office or guest services experience within a hotel environment
- Experience with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to upsell rooms and maximise revenue opportunities
- Professional telephone etiquette and problem‑solving abilities
- Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
