About the Role

Nobu Hotel Madrid is preparing to open its doors, and we are looking for an exceptional Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division of this flagship luxury lifestyle property.

As Director of Rooms, you will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Spa, ensuring every guest experience is delivered with precision, warmth, and excellence.

You will be fully accountable for operational performance, guest satisfaction, and commercial results, while leading and inspiring teams to deliver Nobu’s signature service style. This role drives brand integrity, guest experience, and commercial performance, ensuring Nobu’s positioning as a integral leader is consistently executed at property level.
