POSITION SUMMARY

【Purpose of Role】
Ensure reservations received through various channels are accurately inputted into the PMS according to Marriott standards and guidelines while maintaining outstanding customer service and ability to promote the hotel product actively in professional manner.

1. Ensure attention-to-detail on all reservations with precision in preparation prior to guests’ arrival
bookings from domestic and international wholesalers into the PMS and respond within the same day
