Researcher position in Computational Biology & Gene Regulation
Norwegian Centre for Molecular Biosciences and Medicine (NCMBM), Nordic EMBL Partnership for Molecular Medicine
The Computational Biology & Gene Regulation group led by Anthony Mathelier at the NCMBM, a part of the Nordic EMBL Partnership for Molecular Medicine, is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Researcher for a two-year position funded through the TFmeCan project funded by the Norwegian Cancer Society, with a start in October 2026.
Position Description
The selected candidate will contribute to the TFmeCan project funded by the Norwegian Cancer Society to further characterize the interplay between TF-DNA interactions and DNA methylation patterns in breast cancer cells and its impact on downstream deregulation of gene regulatory networks.
