Researcher – Wet End Chemistry and Physical Product Performance

Your primary focus will be wet‑end chemistry and, when needed, physical testing. You will plan, coordinate and guide laboratory studies that support pilot trials, product development, and production needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory studies and coordinate pilot trials related to wet‑end chemistry phenomena.
• Measure and evaluate dewatering, runnability, and final product properties using DFR, freeness, WRV and zeta potential.
• Identify and analyse interactions between fibers, water, chemicals, retention, flocculation mechanisms and charge balance control.
• Act as a liaison between laboratory, pilot trials, R&D projects and production.
