RESEARCH PSYCHOLOGIST

Summary You will serve as a RESEARCH PSYCHOLOGIST in the WARFIGHTER PERFORMANCE DIV of NAVSUBMEDRSCHLAB NEW LONDON CT. No PCS costs will be paid Responsibilities You will carry out research that contributes to the general knowledge in the fields of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, particularly assessment development and validation, training/programmatic evaluation, and work motivation. You will develop programmatic plans for multi-year projects to conduct basic research, applied research, and/or device test and evaluation. You will serve as a Principal/Associate Investigator, carrying out your own research and reporting the findings to the Warfighter Performance Department, project sponsors, and other organizations within the U.S. Navy and the scientific community.
