Job Description
â What you bring:
- Nursing Diploma or Degree and current registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse
- 25 years nursing experience post-registration
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans and/or isiXhosa
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet applications)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary research team
- Interest in infectious disease research
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) with current GCP certification
- Previous experience working with TB patients, particularly drug-resistant TB patients
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
