Research Manager (Data)

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a UK-wide research programme, as part of a team (across Bristol and Edinburgh) that has built a new data architecture for the UK’s Chief Scientific Advisor. The UK Longitudinal Linkage Collaboration (UK LLC) is a research platform that provides a secure computing environment to systematically link study participants’ data to their health, social and environmental records. This is an ideal role for someone with data programming skills and an interest in supporting the research community to utilise the resource, for example through working groups. You will be responsible for understanding, curating, documenting and providing technical advice for data analyses of a suite of novel and exciting data such as NHS mental health data and administrative data from UK Government Departments.
