Key Responsibilities:
Power Converters driven green energy systems design, modelling, analysing the inertia impact on the next-gen transmission and distribution grid network
Expertise in EMT & RMS Modelling tools such as PSCAD, DigiSilent PowerFactory, Siemens PSS-E, ETAP
Configure and Conduct hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the loop (SIL) platforms using OPAL-RT / RTDS solutions.
MW-scale Grid converter modelling approaches, grid code compliance workflow dedicated to Grid-following / Grid-forming functionalities and use cases: Dynamic Stability and Steady-state analysis,
Performance validation tools and studies linked to Transients (faults, LVRT, RoCoF), Harmonics / switching effects, Control dynamics and droop characteristics, Frequency events and inertia emulation. Reactive Power Capability, Power Quality Study, Parameter harmonization and model export strategies
