Research Fellow (Cyclic peptides and bioconjugates as therapeutic agents)

Join the laboratory of Liu Chuan Fa at the School of Biological Sciences, Singapore.

• Develop peptide cyclization methods
• Develop bioconjugation techniques using plant-derived AEPs and other enzymes
• Evaluate pharmacological activity of cyclic peptides and bioconjugates
• Supervise attachment students (FYP, URECA and interns)
• Develop and use AI tools for drug discovery
• Write up, publish and present research results in peer‑reviewed international journals and at scientific conferences

• A PhD degree in biological sciences or related areas, with prior training in medicinal chemistry, peptide and protein science
• Experience in small‑molecule drug discovery, peptide synthesis, protein chemistry and bioconjugation research
