Research Engineer (QDE), Q.InC

We seek a passionate Research Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team working on the development of novel optoelectronic quantum devices for applications in quantum sensing. The project is a collaborative effort with a local agency partner.

• Assist in the design, fabrication, and measurement of optoelectronic quantum devices, such as single-photon detectors, based on low-dimensional van der Waals materials.
• Establish fabrication recipes, protocols, and material processing capabilities within the project and the research group.
• Lead the measurements and analysis of the experimental data. Drive the engineering and optimization of the device performance.
• Assist in the set up measuring capabilities, including a cryostat for electrical, optical, and magneto-transport measurements, and establish measurement protocols.
