Job Title Research Associate / Research Assistant (Longevity and Population Health) 
About the Role We are seeking a Research Associate / Research Assistant to support applied research on community-centered approaches to healthy longevity. The role involves working with healthcare, community, and government partners to generate evidence that informs practice, programme design, and policy-relevant thought leadership. 
What You’ll Do Applied Programme & Policy Analysis Conduct landscape analyses, scoping and systematic reviews of community-based ageing, longevity, and population health initiatives 
Examine programmes that support purposeful engagement, contributory roles, and micro-jobs for older adults 
Analyze initiatives using a systems and population health perspective 
Synthesize qualitative and secondary data to identify gaps, opportunities, and patterns
