Research Associate (Limited Term)

OVERVIEW

The Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto invites applications for a Research Associate position to investigate pharmacokinetic variation in human drug samples.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. and have at least 4 years of research experience in population and individual pharmacokinetics, quantitative system pharmacology, and Bayesian statistics. General programming skills in PopPK, PBPK, Phoenix, SimCYP, or similar software, and proficiency in R are required. A strong, long‑standing publication record and experience in designing, planning, executing experiments, analyzing data, interpreting results, and preparing figures for grants and manuscripts are expected. Experience supervising students and postdoctoral fellows, preparing manuscripts for peer‑reviewed journals, assisting with grant proposals, and presenting findings at meetings and conferences is essential.
