Job Description

Applications are invited for a 24-month research assistant position in the field of Aerial Robots at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Aarhus University, Denmark.

Expected start date and duration of employment

This is a 24-month position starting 1 December 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter. 

Job description

Research in this project involves a synergistic combination of intelligent control and aerial robotics for navigation in uncertain environment.

You will be mainly responsible:

  • for implementation of machine-learning algorithms for unmanned aerial vehicles;
  • validation of the developed methods via experimental tests;
  • optimisation of the communication interface for aerial robots.
