Job Description

Research Assistant I/II in Immunoassay Development (Ref.: 534702)
We now invite application for the captioned posts which focus on immunoassay development, in the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine and the State Key Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology,
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and validate immunoassays, including antibody screening, pairing optimization, antibody conjugation, and evaluation of sensitivity and specificity

Perform molecular biology experiments, such as probe design, PCR, qPCR, protein expression and purification independently

Assist in experimental design, data collection and analysis, and preparation of experimental records and technical reports

Support daily laboratory operations, including reagent inventory management and standardization of experimental protocols

A 5.5-day work week is required
