QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree


• WIth at least 15 years of experience and 5 years of leadership experience


• Has experience in end-to-end process of food ingredients development

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee all research and development activities, including product development, process improvement, and system innovation.


• Manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring objectives, timelines, and documentation requirements are met.
