Research and Development Engineer

Job duties and responsibilities
Design new products and continually improve existing products to meet industry standards and customer requirements. Develop technical manuals and Instruction Operating Manuals for products, ensuring accuracy and usability. Prepare, review, and verify design drawings, detailed specifications, and fabricated drawings for compliance with technical standards. Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure accurate documentation. Order materials and supplies; monitor the progress of fabrication and installation to ensure alignment with design specifications and schedules. Perform quality control checks to ensure the integrity of materials, components, and final products.
