Description

Coordinates research and administrative activities in support of investigators and project leaders. Working in a clinical environment this position involves tissue collection, processing and storage; Manage specimen inventory and tracking; Communicate with biorepository users regarding protocols and sample availability; Ship and track biosamples per IATA regulations; Maintain lab equipment; Coordinate weekly work flow for project related activities in a team environment; Maintain records and documentation for lab and bench activities.

Qualifications

  • High School Grad/GE Degree, Bachelor of Science, and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: BS/BA in a biological science required, 1-3 years’ experience in a clinical lab or research setting or equivalent combination of education and experience. A working knowledge of medical terminology or histol...
