The Associate Experience LATAM works under the User & Employee Satisfaction lead and serves as the single point of contact for interactions between the Wipro AskGS team, RM team, Sourcing, Support Areas, and requestors/business. The main task is to increase user/employee satisfaction, keep AskGS/GSP teams updated with process changes, and ensure all necessary documentation and materials are available to provide high‑level service. This team is responsible for the E2E NPS metric.
